摘要
高职生作为一个群体,具有独特的心理规律,普遍存在一定的心理问题。研究高职学生的心理特点及其形成原因,有针对地采取相应的管理策略,才能提高管理效率和教育质量。
As a group, higher vocational college students have special mental regulation and exist defmite mental problems. Studying their mental characters and formal reasons, taking suitable management strategy can improve the efficiency of management and quality of education.
