摘要
运用文献资料研究法、专家咨询法、观察法和实验法对一、二级水平男子铅球运动员进行旋转技术的教学实验研究。实验结果表明:一、二级水平男子铅球运动员完全能够掌握旋转技术,合理使用此技术能够取得较背向技术更为优异的铅球运动成绩,同时也进一步证实了旋转技术的生物力学优越性,为国内男子铅球运动员学习、掌握旋转技术提供理论支持。
A teaching experiment has been conducted on level one and level two male shot-put athletes to study the rotational skill of shot-put by means of literature research, consultation of experts ,observation and experiments. The research results show that Chinese level one and level two male shot-put athletes have the ability to grasp rotational skill of shot-put and a proper adoption of this skill will ensure a better performance in shot-put than back-facing sliding skill. Meanwhile this study also helps to show the advantages of rotational skill in its biomechanical characteristics and provide some theoretical bases for the domestic men's shot-put athletes to learn and master the rotational skill.
