武术馆校的发展现状与对策研究

A Research on the developing Status and Countermeasures of Wushu Schools

武术馆校是我国最具民族特色的办学形式和习武场所,它不仅为民族传统体育文化的继承与发扬注入了新的活力,而且也为传统体育项目的普及与提高带来新的生机。如何引导和规范武术馆校的持续健康发展已成为了亟待解决的重要课题。本文回顾了我国武术馆校发展走过的恢复、发展、规范三个阶段,剖析了我国武术馆校在武术运动的普及与传播中发挥的积极作用和存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了对策和建议:提高管理工作的认识,加强行政领导;加强思想教育工作,以德为先,以德治校;重视文化课教学,强调综合素质培养;强化师资队伍建设,提高从教人员素质;改善办学物质条件,拓展人才培养模式。

In China,Wushu schools are schools of national characteristics where you can learn and practice Wushu. They not only inherit and perfect the traditional culture of sports, but make it more widespread and enhanced as well. Currently, the critical task is how to guide and regulate the sustainable and healthy development of Wushu schools. This paper reviews the three periods of recovery,development and perfection of Chinese Wushu schools and analyzes their positive functions and some current problems in the process of the popularization and development of Wushu sports. Hence, the following suggestions are proposed： to enhance the awareness of administration and leadership; to strengthen the ideological education work, with virtues in the first place to manage the schools; to focus on the teaching of literacy courses and emphasize on the cultivation of a comprehensive quality;to enforce the construction of teachers＇ resource and enhance the personal quality of teachers; to improve the material conditions of schools and expand the training model for talents.
