程序化行为对篮球罚篮命中率影响的实验研究

An Experimental Study of the Influence of Pre-performance Routines on the Percentage of Hits of Basketball Free Throw

通过文献资料、实验、数理统计等方法探讨了不同教学方法对篮球罚篮命中率的影响。结果显示:常规教学法,即采用传统篮球投篮技术的教学方法;程序化教学法,即在常规教学法的基础上,加入一些投篮前的程序化行为;两种教学方法都能有效地提高篮球罚篮命中率,都是提高篮球罚篮命中率行之有效的方法。但与常规教学方法相比,程序化教学方法对于提高篮球罚篮命中率的效果更明显。

By means of literature review, experiments and mathematical statistics, the authors have probed into the influence of different teaching methods on the percentage of hits of basketball free throw.. The result shows：Two teaching methods can improve basketball free throw percentage of hits and they are very efficient methods for the improvement. One is the traditional teaching method in which the traditional method is applied to teach basketball shooting skills;the other is called pre-performance routine method which includes some pre-performance behavior before shooting on the base of the traditional method. But compared with the traditional teaching method, pre--performance routine method will bring about more obvious results for improving basketball free throw percentage of hits.
