“举国体制”与职业化的融合——中国女子网球登顶世界的成因分析

Fusion of the whole-nation system and professionalism——analysis of Chinese women tennis'success over the world

以中国女子网球近几年来在世界网坛上取得的骄人成绩为契机,从“举国体制”与职业化相融合的角度对我国女子网球登顶世界网坛的成功因素进行了分析。研究认为,中国女网成功登顶的因素主要是以“举国体制”为基础、充分发挥国家办体育的优势,以职业化为途径、坚持走中国特色的职业化道路,紧握项目特点、寻找制胜规律,重视中国特色的思想政治工作、狠抓运动员作风培养。而“登顶”之后我们看到,中国女网虽有突破,但并不表明有质的飞跃,还存在职业化水平不高、后备力量不足、教练员数量偏少等问题,为此,要以双打的突破为契机,把战略重点从双打转移至单打等,以促进中国网球整体水平的提高。

Because of the Chinese women tennis＇ success in recent years,the cause of the success is analyzed from the fusion of the whole-nation system and professionalizing. The study shows that the factors are taking the mercerization as the foundation,developing the advantage of our sports, taking advantage of Chinese professionalizing way, finding the regularity according to the events＇ feature, devoting much attention to the political work,and keeping firm hand an the sportsman＇s training. However, we can still find some problems after the success, for example,the professionalism is mot complete, the reserve forces are not enough and the numbers of coach are litter. Therefore, breaking the way of doubles, we should changed the way into singles in order to improve changed the way into singles in order to improve the entire level of Chinese tennis.
