关于奥运大学生志愿者培训模式的构建

On the Construction of the Training Mode of Undergraduate Volunteers for the Olympic Games

奥运大学生志愿者的培训模式应包含培训的目标、指导原则与运作流程、培训的内容、保障措施等基本范畴。培训的目标维度应该是多元的,包括提高大学生志愿者的服务能力与水平,满足奥运会的需要;提高大学生的社会化程度;普及奥林匹克知识,促进优秀校园文化的建设;为我国志愿服务事业培养人才等。培训的过程要贯彻筛选与培训、理论学习与实践操作、技能训练与素质拓展相结合的原则。对于培训步骤,文章认为应该分为成员遴选、初步培训、初步培训的考核、服务项目培训、服务技能测试和服务项目强化训练等几个阶段;而培训的内容则应该包括知识培训、技能培训和社会化的培训三大部分。同时,时培训中可能出现的各种困境有关部门还应未雨绸缪,做好相应的对策,以备万一。

The training mode of undergraduate volunteers for the Olympic Game should contain training objectives, guiding principles,operation procedures, contents of training and safeguard measures. The author of this paper believes that the training objectives should be multidimensional including improving the service ability and level of undergraduate volunteers in order to meet the needs of the Olympic Games, enhancing the students＇ socialized level and their knowledge about the Olympic Games,and cultivating an excellent campus culture so as to nurture the talents for the volunteer service cause in China. The training process should be carried out with the principles of selection and training,applying theories into practice and integrating skills training with ability enhancement. As for the training steps, the author believes they should be broken into sew eral phases of candidate selection, elementary training, test of elementary training, train ing of service programs, test of service capacity and intensified training of service programs. The training content should include knowledge training,skills training and socialized training. Besides,the relative government sectors are still not prepared for any potential difficulties that might appear in the training process and therefore should take measures to prevent them.
