摘要
为了观察不同强度的超等长跳深和负重为主的组合训练对女性排球运动员下肢等肌肉群力量素质发展情况。对14名女性排球运动员随机分为实验组和对照组,分别进行六周的组合训练和基础训练,最后测定两组力量指标并统计分析。得出结果:两组实验后分别和实验前比较各肌群力量指标水平普遍升高,组间实验后结果比较,组合训练组的握力收缩时间、大腿和小腿的肌肉力量、收缩时间和速度力量指数效果显著高于对照组。结论:此组合训练优于传统基础训练,尤其对小腿肌肉力量发展更显著。
Objective:The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the combined training method which involved plyometric and weightlifting on crura muscle groups of female volleyball athletes. Methods: 14 female volleyball athletes were divided into two groups randomly and examined 6 weeks through combined and basic training methods. The obtained results of strength test are analysised. Results.. Most of the obtained results of strength of two groups have statistical significant different from initial. The results were compared, the difference are detected from leg strength. Conclusion:For leg strength develop of female volleyball athletes, the combined training model is better than the basic model,especially for strenthing crus power.
