A Research of the Assessment of the Service Quality of Commercial Fitness Clubs by the Method of Heavy Attributes Model

采用多重属性模型方法,选取专业与效果、舒适与及时、安全与卫生、价格与服务、物美与环境、礼貌和诚信六个指标,分别设立问题,经过统计,得出结论,对俱乐部服务质量进行综合性的评定。

By means of heavy attributes model, the author of this paper has selected six indexes of profession and result, comfort and timeliness,; safety and hygiene, price and service, quality and environment, manners and honesty to draw conclusions through establishing a problem and computing, so as to carry out a synthetic evaluation toward the service quality of fitness clubs.
