摘要
本文总结了高温空气燃烧技术在中国钢铁工业中的应用及发展情况,并以HTAC加热炉的热工特性为例,通过分析HTAC加热炉内燃烧与钢坯加热过程的特点,基于数值模拟方法,研究了HTAC加热炉内多烧嘴喷射射流的卷吸、燃烧现象以及钢坯在炉内的加热过程。
The application and development of the technology of High Temperature Air Combustion in Chinese steel plants were summarized. As an example, the thermal performances of a reheating furnace using the technology of HTAC were studied numerically.
