摘要 本文通过二次开模法和松退法注射成型工艺制备出PP/POE/滑石粉复合发泡体系。研究了两种成型方法对该复合发泡体系的力学性能和密度的影响,并用扫描电镜对其微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,对PP/POE/滑石粉复合发泡体系的力学性能而言,采用二次开模法比松退法要好。由SEM扫描照片可知,二次开模法比松退法制得的复合发泡体系具有更高的泡孔成核率,同时泡孔直径较小,分布较均匀。 In this paper the PP/POE/Talc microcellular foam composites were prepared by the two methods of injection-molding- two times opening mold molding method and unclenching molding method. The influence of mechanical properties and density on the mierocellular foam composites by using the two methods was studied. The structures of the mieroeellular foam composites were characterized by SEM. The results showed that it was better mechanical properties of the microcellular foam composites by using two times opening mold molding than unclenching molding. The SEM micrographs showed that it was higher cell nucleation ratios, smaller cell diameter, uniform dimension of cell in the mieroeellular foam composites by using the former method than latter.
