经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折

Percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of vertebral osteoporotic compressive fracture

目的探讨椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法采用椎体成形术治疗17例（18个椎体）骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者，观察术后疼痛缓解情况。结果采用WHO标准，椎体成形术后14例12h内疼痛完全缓解，3例部分缓解。15例获随访，时间1—6个月，无一例发生椎体高度丢失或腰背痛加重、复发现象。结论经皮椎体成形术是治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折的安全、有效方法。

Objective To study the clinical effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） in the treatment of vertebral osteoporotic compressive fracture （VOCF）. Methods 17 patients （ 18 vertebrae） with VOCF were treated by PVP. Postoperative pain relief was observed. Results According to WHO criteria, 14 patients got completely back pain relief and 3 patients got partial relief within 12 hours after PVP. 15 were followed up for 1 -6 months. No vertebra height loss or pain recurrence was found. Conclusions PVP is safe and effective in the treatment of vertebral osteoporotic compressive fracture.
