记忆骨卡环与重建钉联合治疗股骨近端骨折

Memory clutching internal fixator and reconstruction intramedullary nail in the treatment of proximal femoral fracture

目的探讨记忆骨卡环与重建钉联合治疗股骨近端骨折的疗效。方法对29例股骨近端骨折患者应用记忆骨卡环与重建钉作髓内、外固定。结果29例随访7个月～2年6个月，骨折愈合时间4～11个月。X线片显示23例患者接近解剖复位，6例未达解剖复位。参照韩一生等髋关节评分法，23例接近解剖复位者优17例，良4例，可2例。6例未达解剖复位者，优4例，良2例。结论该方法能有效恢复股骨近端骨折的稳定性及完整性，手术相对简单，骨折愈合好。

Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of proximal femoral fracture by memory clutching internal fixator and Reconstruction intramedullary nail. Methods 29 cases of proximal femoral fractures were treated with this method. Results All 29 cases were followed up for 7 - 30 months. The union time was 4 ~ 11 months. 23 cases got near anatomic reduction of the main fracture fragments, and 6 cases got functional reduction. The results were evaluated by the HanYi-shen＇s rating scale. In 23 cases of anatomic reduction of the main fracture fragments,the results were excellent in 17 cases,good in 4 and fair in 2. In 6 cases of functional reduction,the results were excellent in 4,and good in 2. Conclusions The stability and integrity of comminuted fractures of proximal femur can be restored with this method, which has many advantages of easy manipulation, good fracture union and excellent satisfactory curative effect.
