摘要
以人为本的管理理念的追求在于通过管理,认可人的主体地位、开发人的潜能、实现人的和谐自由的发展。但对于以人为本理念的理解往往陷入一些误区,从而严重影响了它在实施中的应有作用。文章试图通过对这些误区的揭示,进而阐述以人为本理念的科学的实践形态。
People-oriented administration means people foremost, exploitation of people' s potential and their free harmonious development. Due to some misunderstanding of people-orientated administration, we can not make full use of this concept in our work. This essay will analyze these misunderstandings'and the scientific structure of people-orientated concepts.
