摘要
20世纪80年代以来,旨在大幅度提高教师专业化水平的教师专业化运动,已经成为世界众多国家教师质量提高的主导运动。影响教师专业发展的因素有很多,教师教学效能感是一个重要的且往往被人们忽视的因素。文章试图从教师教学效能感这一角度来谈其对小学教师专业发展的影响。
Teacher professionalization has been a major aim to substantially improve teachers ' professional level in many countries since the 1980s. Many factors affecting teachers ' professional development , but teachers ' efficacy is neglected. The author will argue the influence of teachers' efficacy on primary school eachers ' professional development.
