试论差异教学的教学策略

On the Diversified Teaching

不同的教学理念决定了不同的课堂教学策略。差异教学以学生的个体差异为基础,要求采取灵活的、适合学生个人特点的教学策略来实现学生的个性化发展。依学习风格施教、分层教学、小组合作学习等都是其所倡导的教学策略。

Different Teaching ideology determines different teaching strategy. For different individuals , we need diversified and flexible teaching method which identifies with Learners＇ personal character so that students can develop their own character. It is always the advocated teaching strategy to teach in accordance with the personal learning style in different levels and in small collaborative groups.
