八珍汤加味治疗围绝经期综合征65例疗效观察

The observation on therapeutic effect of Bazhen decoction on 65 Cases with premenopausal Syndrome

目的观察八珍汤加味治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将125例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组65例予八珍汤加味,每日1剂,水煎分2次服。对照组60例予尼尔雌醇,每次2mg,每2周服1次。2组均1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察2组临床疗效、症状治疗前后的改善情况及不良反应情况。结果2组治疗后主要症状均有不同程度改善,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组治疗后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组总有效率及愈显率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用八珍汤加味以益气养血法治疗围绝经期综合征和雌激代素替疗法有相等的临床疗效,且不良反应少。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Bazhen decoction on the premenopausal syndrome. Methods 125 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 65 patients in treatment group were treated by Bazhen decoction one dose a day. The control group was treated by Nitestriol 2mg each time, once every two weeks. Both of their treatment courses were one month and were continuously observed for three courses after which the effects were evaluated. Results The curative and effective rates in the treatment group were 83.1% and 92.3 % , which were superior to 76.7 % and 90.0% in the control grpup, respectively. There were no statistical differences between two groups. Side effect in the treated group was obviously less than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bazhen decoction and estrogen replacement therapy have the same therapeutic effects on premenopausal symptoms, while the side effects in treatment group are much less.
