农民工体育组织管理模式选择

A Choice of the Management Model for the Sports Organizations of Peasant Workers

城市社区、农村乡镇、单位是我国开展社会体育的三个基本模式。农民工体育组织管理模式的选择既需考虑我国已有体育管理模式的特征也需考虑农民工社会群体的基本特征,通过研究,我们认为农村乡镇体育模式不适合当前农民工体育发展的实际;城市社区是农民工体育的最终归属;以新型单位体育模式为主,以农村乡镇体育模式、城市社区体育模式为辅的三位一体模式是当前发展农民工体育的理想模式。

Urban communities,rural township and social units are the three basic patterns for China to develop social sports.The choice for the management model of peasant workers’ sports organizations should not only consider the characteristics of existing sports management models, but also the basic features of the social group of peasant workers.Through research, it is believed that the sports management model for rural township is not suitable for the practical situation of the sports development of peasant workers;that urban communities is the ultimate model for peasant workers’ sports;and that a new model based primarily on the social unit sports model,combined with the models of rural township and urban communities should be the ideal model for the current development of peasant workers’ sports.
