基于“数字奥运”理念的体育信息环境建设研究

A Study on the Construction of Sports Information Environment Based on the Concept of "Digital Olympic Games"

采用专家咨询和实地调查等方法,分析了我国体育信息发展现状,结合"数字奥运"给予的机遇和挑战,针对体育信息环境建设中体育信息人才缺乏,资源贫瘠,基础设施薄弱,政策、法规滞后等问题进行了相应的对策研究,以期为体育信息环境建设提供有价值的参考,以实际行动来促进"科技奥运"理念的现实转换。

By means of consulting with experts and on-the-spot investigation,in consideration of the opportunities and challenges brought by digital Olympic Games,the author has analyzed the developing situation of sports information and proposed relevant countermeasures in view of a series of problems in the construction of sports information environment such as lack of talented personnel in the area of sports information,barren resources,weak infrastructure and backward policy and regulations.The purpose of this study is to provide valuable references for the sports information environment construction and promote the realization of the concept of ＂technical Olympic Games＂.
