影响农村体育教师参与体育教学改革的要素分析

An Analysis of the Influential Elements of P.E.Teaching Reforms Participated by the Rural P.E.Teachers

本文以北京市11个郊区县360名中小学体育教师作为研究对象,对农村体育教师参与体育教学改革的现状和影响要素因素进行了调查,从教师因素探讨影响农村体育教学改革中的一些问题。据此,为行政部门制定相关的政策提供参考依据和建议。

Taking 360 P.E.teachers from the primary and middle schools of 11 counties and districts in the suburb of Beijing as research subjects,the authors of this paper have investigated the influential elements and status of P.E.teaching reforms participated by the rural P.E.teachers,and discussed some of the issues that have influenced the P.E.teaching reforms in rural areas from the factor of teachers,which,hopefully,may present some references and advices for the establishment of relevant policies for the related administrative departments.
