CUBA篮球运动员的角色投入与球队群体凝聚力关系研究

A Research on the Relation between the Role Involvement of CUBA Players and the Group Cohesion of the Team

通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等方法对CUBA篮球运动员的角色投入与其球队的群体凝聚力进行了调查研究。研究表明:无论男、女篮球运动员所知觉到的角色投入可有效地预测凝聚力,但不同性别的角色投入对群体凝聚力的影响途径有所不同,在对篮球运动员的角色投入进行凝聚力干预时,针对男、女运动员所强调的侧重点应是不同的。

By means of questionnaire,literature review and mathematical statistics,the author has made a research on the role involvement of CUBA players and the group cohesion of the team.The result shows that the role involvement perceived by both male and female players can be effective predictor of group cohesion.But the influence path of group cohesion is different in gender.When the role involvement of basketball players is interfered with cohesion strength,the focus emphasized for male and female players should be different.
