青少年网络成瘾的心理与运动干预研究

A Study on Psychotherapy and Exercise Prevention for Internet Addiction and Disorder among Adolescents

在信息化社会里,青少年与互联网的关系越来越紧密,过度使用和不良使用互联网会导致青少年网络成瘾,造成身心损害,危害家庭和社会,所以青少年网络成瘾正在成为一个新型的社会问题。为了探索出一套针对青少年网络成瘾的有效干预方法,我们对36名确诊为网络成瘾的青少年随机分为心理干预组、运动干预组和心理与运动综合干预组、对照组,分别应用心理干预、运动干预、心理与运动综合干预方法,通过实证研究,观察其效果;结果显示,心理干预(成功44.4%趋好44.4%失败11.2%),运动干预(成功33.3%趋好55.5%失败11.2%),综合干预(成功88.8%趋好11.2%);研究结果表明心理干预和运动干预是矫治青少年网络成瘾的有效措施,综合运用心理和运动两种干预措施效果更为显著。

In a society of information age,adolescents are becoming more and more dependent on internet.However,abuse of internet will lead to internet addiction and disorder （IAD）,which not only affects their mental and physical health but also inevitably endangers family and society.Therefore,internet addiction and disorder of adolescents is becoming a new type of social problem.In order to find out a set of measures for effective prevention,36 adolescents with IAD were randomly divided into psychotherapy prevention group,exercise prevention group,composite group and control group.Through empirical research,by means of psychotherapy prevention,exercise prevention and composite prevention,the relative results have been observed.The results are as follow：psychotherapy prevention（success 44.4%,improvement 44.4%,failure 11.2%）,exercise prevention （success 33.3%,improvement 55.5%,failure 11.2%）,composite group （success 88.8%,improvement 11.2%）.The results of research indicate that psychological prevention and exercise prevention are valid methods to treat adolescents’ IAD and that the composite application of the two above-mentioned methods will produce even better results of prevention.
