疏血通注射液联合西比灵治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕55例疗效观察

Therapeutic effects of Shuxuetong injection combined with flunarizine on 35 cases with vertigo induced by vertebra basilar insufficiency

目的观察疏血通注射液联合西比灵治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将110例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为2组。治疗组55例予疏血通注射液4mL加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL,每日1次静脉滴注;西比灵5mg,每日睡前服。对照组55例采用丹参注射液20mL加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL,每日1次静脉滴注。14日后评定2组临床疗效,观察2组药物起效时间、经颅多普勒超声(TCD)改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率92.73%,对照组总有效率72.73%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组药物起效时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组用药后起效早于对照组;治疗组治疗前后双侧椎动脉(VA)和基底动脉(BA)平均血流速度变化比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论疏血通注射液联合西比灵治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Shuxuetong injection combined with Flunarizine on patients with vertigo induced by vertebra basilar insufficiency. Methods 110 cases with vertigo were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 55 in treatment group were treated by Shuxuetong injection and Flunarizine. 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL with Shuxuetong 4 mL was given once a day, Flunarizine 5 mg was taken before sleep . The other 55 in control group were treated by Danshen （ root of red salvia） injection. 0. 9 sodium chloride injection 250 mL with Danshen injection 20 mL was given once a （lay. The effects were recorded 14 days later. The onset time of drugs and the improvement with TCD （Trans - cranial Doppler） were recorded. ResultS The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 92.73% and 72.73 respectively （ P 〈 0.05）. The onset time of drugs in treatment group was earlier than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The alteration of average velocity of blood in bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery was different before and after the treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was also a significant difference between treatment group and control group, treatment group was superior to the control one （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with Fhmarizine has an obvious therapeutic effects on vertigos induced by vertebra basilar insufficiency.
