摘要
介绍了纯棉粗厚织物低碱冷堆前处理工艺,重点讨论了冷堆、短蒸、复氧漂的工艺处方和条件,以及生产中应注意的事项。结果表明,采用低碱前处理剂DKB-321对纯棉粗厚织物进行冷轧堆,可节约成本,减少污水排放,是一种节能减排工艺。
Low alkali cold batch pretreatment of heavy cotton fabric was carried out, recipes and processing conditions of cold batching, short steaming and double peroxide bleaching were detailed, matters needing attention in practical application were put forward. It was proved that with the help of low alkali agent DKB-321, product quality was satisfactory, while cost and burden on environment were greatly reduced.
