863A废碱回用轧槽与前处理闭路循环工艺

863A padder for waste alkali reuse and enclosed pretreatment process

摘要 通过分析常规冷轧堆短流程工艺的优缺点,以及工艺中各阶段产生的废碱液污水的主要组分,提出了采用闭路循环前处理工艺。利用专利设计的863A废碱回用轧槽,将回收的废碱液用于烧毛后的退浆和灭火、冷轧堆前的预轧碱,以及回收冷轧堆后织物上残留的化学药剂等,可大大节约烧碱和精练剂的用量,并充分利用废热,大大降低污水处理量。 Advantages and disadvantages of conventional cold pad-batch shortened process was introduced, main ingredients in waste alkali liquor formed in various procedures were analyzed. Enclosed pretreatment process was put forward with the help of patented 863A padder for waste alkali reuse. The recovered lye was applied to desizing and fire extinguish after singeing, or to pre-pad alkali before cold pad batch processing, or to recover the residual chemicals in textiles after cold-pad-batch processing, therefore, dosages of caustic soda and scouring agent could be greatly reduced, and waste heat could be effectively utilized, as well as burden on wastewater treatment could be obviously lessened.
