摘要
在实验室中,用4-羟基吡啶为原料,按文献报道的方法合成了4-羟基-3-硝基吡啶(HNP)并经多种方法提纯。经高效液相色谱分析(HPLC)提纯后的HNP,最高含量为99.9%。关于HNP的物性数据,仅见到熔点(分解)、解离常数和等电点的文献报道。以含量为99.9%的HNP为样品,用核磁共振、X-射线粉末衍射谱、红外光谱、1%悬浊液的pH值和熔点(分解)温度作为参数对HNP进行了表征。
4-Hydropyridine was used as raw material and HNP was synthesized by known method and purified by several methods.The purity of HNP obtained was 99.9% analyzed with HPLC.The physical constants data of HNP reported in the literature were its melting point(dec.),isoelectric point and dissociation constant.In this work,HNP was characterized by NMR,XRD,IR,melting point test(dec.),and the pH value of 1% HNP suspended in water was measured as well.
