摘要 有限元分析(FEM)技术的应用,对于缩短产品开发周期、提高产品质量、降低制造成本、增强企业竞争力具有重要意义。利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,以开式压力机机身为研究对象,对JM21-200T开式压力机进行三维建模。应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对机身结构进行强度和刚度分析,从而获得了机身的等效应力分布和等效位移分布规律,并根据分析结果,对结构进行优化,从而达到减轻自重的目的,为结构的合理设计与改进提供了可靠的依据。 Technique Finite Element Method has great significance in shorting product development cycle, improving product quality, reducing manufacturing cost and strengthening business competitive power. Open type JM21-200T fixed press body is made, ANSYS FEM software is applied in this paper to analyze the model of open type fixed press body about its strength and rigidity, can obtain some results of the equivalent stress and the equivalent displacement of the body, which have important references to enhance the strength and reduce the weight of the press. This provides foundation for optimization of open type fixed press body. The research of this subject on press structure optimization may improve design level of press and provide reliable technical guidance for practical production.
