摘要
凸轮轮廓曲线是凸轮机构设计的关键,常用的设计方法有解析法和图解法。该方法利用Solid Works绘制凸轮机构实体零件、构建机构装配体模型,并用Solid Works自带的COSMOS Motion插件设置凸轮机构运动模型约束和运动参数,通过对凸轮机构进行运动学仿真,最终得到凸轮轮廓线。较之其它设计方法,该方法能自动绘制凸轮轮廓线,直观、简便,可视性好,具有一定的实际应用价值。
The cam's figure is the key part of the design of cam mechanism, it usually designed by using analytical method or graphical method. In this paper, the 3 dimensional solid detail drawing were drawn and the assembly model of cam mechanism were obtained based on Solid Works. Then the constraint and parameter of cam mechanism kinematical models were set separately in COSMOS Motion. With the simulation of cam mechanism kinematical models by COSMOS Motion, the cam's figure was obtained automatically. The method can draft the cam's figure automatically and visually, it has been proved that the method is easier to use and study, also has certain application value in the analysis of cam mechanism.
