摘要
在大规模定制的生产模式下,企业要想在竞争中处于领先地位,必须快速开发出新产品。产品的快速开发,必然要求重用那些成熟的零件设计结果,因而有必要建立零件设计可重用系统。首先利用成组技术原理建立零件信息输入及编码系统,为检索零件的几何相似性,提出了二级检索矩阵及相似性系数的定义;其次以目前流行的CAD/CAE/CAM软件之一Unigraphics为开发平台,以轴类零件为研究对象,开发了面向轴类零件的可重用设计系统,并对系统实现的开发过程和关键技术进行了说明。通过对UG二次开发各模块的分析,研究在VC++6.0集成编译环境下,如何利用Unigraphics本身所提供的二次开发工具UG/Open API建立零件信息输入交互系统和零件实例库,从零件实例库中提取满足相似性要求的实例零件,经过编辑和修改,生成新的零件,并存入实例库,重新成为可重用的实例零件。
In the mass customization, company which wants to win must be fast in developing new products. To improve the efficiency of design and manufacture, we must reuse the ripe products, so it is necessary to build the recycling design system for mechanical parts. Firstly, using the GT technology, a part-coding system is created. To search the different part according to their geometrical comparability, a two-class matrix is built to calculate the likeness degree and the degree's definition is made. Secondly, using one of the popular CAD/CAF/CAM software, Unigraphics as the platform, taking the shaft as an example, a recycling design system for mechanical parts is built, the exploitation procedure and some other key techniques are also explained. Through analyzing all kinds of the quadratic exploitation modules, the system is built with the UG/Open and VC + + 6.0. In the system, the information of parts can be imported and show on, a right part can be picked up from the parts library, we can edit it and save the modification to be used again.
