基于Solid Works的开瓶器设计

摘要 普通开瓶器,撬头部分是两边下沉型,截面面积小,受一定载荷时的切应力和正应力较大,手柄部分为直板型,易产生弯曲变形而失效,对材料的强度要求较高。该新型开瓶器运用Solid Works建立3D模型,在距离撬头横断面2.00 mm和手柄椭圆中心20.00 mm处分别向两侧弯曲20°。通过力学分析比较,该新型开瓶器对材料的强度要求较低,减少生产时间,降低成本。在设计过程也考虑了美学要求,在新产品开发中具有一定竞争力。 Common bottle opener, its pry head part is a type of both sides sinking to bottom, the section area in every aspect accumulates smaller, when subjected to certain load, the shear stress and the positive stress would gets bigger, and its hand handle part keeps a plank type, which is broken easily due to creation flexion transform, so it requests higher to the strength of material. The new bottle opener uses Solid Works to establish its 3D model, make a flexion of 20° on both sides in the distance of 2.00 mm at cross section on the pry head part and in the distance of 20.00 mm near the oval center of its hand handle part. According to mechanics analysis comparison, the new bottle opener have lower strength to the material request, decrease produce time, decline the cost. Moreover, the design considerates esthetics request in the process, having certain competition ability in the new product development.
