摘要
通过对轮轴压装机的机械传动系统和液压传动系统的分析介绍,阐述了轮轴压装机的工作原理。原压装机在拆装不同规格大小的轮轴时,需要使用吊车盘动和人力推动来调整移动横梁和后托架的位置。为实现移动横梁和后托架的自动移动,利用原液压系统的液压动力,新增加两个液压缸,分别对移动横梁和后托架进行驱动,并设计了相应的液压控制回路和机械传动装置。改造后,实际操作时只须按次序控制电磁阀的通、断电即可实现活动横梁和后托架的自动移动。
This article analyzes and presents the mechanical transmission system and hydrostatic transmission system for the Swivel-Axis Press-Machine, mainly presents the operational principle of the Swivel-Axis Press-Machine. When axles in different sizes and shapes are installed and uninstalled, by the machine, it needs to adjust the positions of the moving beam and the back bracket by bridge crane or by man power. To avoid these shortages in practice, additional two oil hydraulic cylinders droved by the primary hydraulic system are used to drive the moving beam and the back bracket separately, and corresponding hydraulic duct pilot and mechanical driving device are also designed. In operation, the worker only needs to control the connection and cut of the electromagnetic valve with the supply according to the sequences of the electromagnet connecting with the current.
