摘要
盐酸普萘洛尔是一种重要的β受体阻断剂,临床上用于治疗高血压、心绞痛和心律失常等病症的药物,疗效良好。对其合成方法的研究一直是化学工作者们的科研热点。本文对其合成方法的研究进行了综述。
Hydrochloride Propranolol is an important kind of B-blockers, clinical trials of the medicament have proved successful for hypertension,angina and arrhythmia, all right curative effect.It is a hot research topic for chemical scientists synthesizing Hydrochloride Propranolol with novel and easy industrialized ways. The comprehensive review focusing on its synthesis was made in this paper.
