我国水产品安全问题与对策研究

Safety and Countermeasures:The Chinese Aquatic Products

水产品安全问题关系到国计民生,涉及到很多方面。作者从政府监管和行业角度两个层面对中国水产品安全存在的主要问题进行了分析,指出监管部门职能重叠管理不善、标准太多业户无所适从、生产环节不良投入品的使用、水产品养殖生产模式直接或间接影响等。提出了明确职能部门分工协力共管、从源头抓起把好水产品质量安全的第一关、加强养殖加工和流通过程中质量安全的控制、提高城乡居民的水产品质量安全意识和推行渔业标准化等解决对策。

The safety of aquatic products is all important to the national economy and people＇s livelihood.The main problems existing in safety of China＇s aquatic products are analysed in the two angles of governmental supervision and control for industry. It is pointed out that the governmental departments in charge of supervision and control fail in good administration because of their functional overlap;Too many owners of property are at a loss what to do because of so many standards;Poor inputs exist in the link of production; And the modes of aquaculture affect the asfety of aquatic products in a direct or indirect way. In light of the main problems it is put forward that all the functional departments should work in cooperation with due division of labor to make sure the safety of aquatic product quality from the well head, strengthen the control of quality safety in processing and circulation,improve citizens＇ awareness of quality safety of aquatic products and practice standardization of fishery industry.
