沈阳地区发展玉米深加工产业潜在优势分析 被引量:6

摘要 玉米作为一种农作物,已经成为具有极高工业价值的工业资源。首先,从国内外玉米产业发展状况来看,由于油价不断攀高和生物质产业的迅速发展,玉米作为重要的生物质原料之一,已经成为当今工业转化量最大的农产品。目前中国是全球第二大石油消费国,开辟新能源和新原料路线的化学工业对于保持国家经济的健康发展具有现实意义和深远的历史意义。其次,沈阳周边地区玉米产业发展迅速。近年来,吉林省和黑龙江省在玉米化工产业方面都加大了投入,在玉米工业转化方面取得了较好效益,有力地促进了当地整体经济的发展。但就整体和发展程度而言,中国玉米工业转化量和所生产的产品与世界先进水平还有不小的差距。沈阳做好玉米深加工产业意义深远。沈阳要发展玉米深加工产业必须充分发挥资源优势和产业基础优势。发展替代石油的新型玉米加工业符合国家的能源战略,有利于国家的能源安全,并能促进化学工业的可持续发展,发展玉米加工业带动农业发展,促进社会协调发展创造新的就业机会,促进建筑、装备制造业、金融和贸易等的发展。 As a kind of agricultural plants, maize has become an industrial resource with high value. First, with rising of oil price and the rapid development of biological industry, as one of the most important biological material, maize has become the largest agricultural plant for industrial production.China is the second petroleum consuming country in the world, so developing the chemical industry with new energy sources and new raw material has practical and historical meanings for healthy development of national economy.Second, provinces near Shenyang, such as Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces, etc., has made great profit from industrial transaction of maize, thus improved the total development of local economy greatly.While, from the view of overall condition and development level, there is large gap between China and the world in industrial transaction and products of maize. So, developing the maize industry of Shenyang is very meaningful. Shenyang should improve the development of maize deep processing industry of Shenyang by taking advantages of local resources and industrial base, thus will improve the sustainable developmnet of chemical indusry, agriculture and public works, and will provide new work positions and help the development of construction industry, equipment industry, finance and trade, etc.
