A teachers and staff＇s Party branch in colleges and universities is fundamentally necessary for the university Party committee to link and direct college teachers, staff and students. It is also an important prerequisite to implement and strengthen the leadership of the Party in colleges and universities. Enhancing the teachers and staffs building Party Branch is a fateful measure to secure CPC＇s leadership and adhere to the socialist orientation of running a school. The functions of a teachers and staffs Party branch should be strengthened by the following measures： setting up a Party branch scientifically, selecting its head meticulously, providing fairly adequate funds for it, innovating the modes of its regular activities, establishing a platform for the Party building, creating harmonious inner-Party relationships and developing the target evaluation.
