摘要
目的探讨颅脑损伤术后的各种颅内并发症及其处理。方法对160例颅脑损伤手术患者进行回顾性分析总结。结果160例中术后并发症发生率为38.8%,常见为脑疝未缓解、创伤性脑积水、硬膜下积液、脑脊液漏、脑栓塞、感染、外伤性癫痫。结论对颅脑损伤术后颅内并发症积极防治、正确处理能有效降低术后死亡率和改善预后。
Objective Disusse the normalized treatment of intracranial compications after veries shull trsuma operations. Methods Respcotive analysis on 160 cases of skull trauma. Results The incidence of postoperative complications on 160 cases is 38. 8 %, usually they are intracranial pressure riseing; not realse of encephalic henia;Subdural effusion;CSF fistula;large-area cerebral infarction; infection; traumatic epilepsy. Conclusion The normalized effective treatment of skull trauma can effectively decrease the mortality of the.se patients at the same time patientas＇ prognoses.
