我国建筑业节能的进展评述 被引量:5

摘要 近几年,我国城乡每年新增建筑面积15~20亿平方米,从建材生产到竣工投入使用,其能耗约占全社会总能耗的45%左右;民用建筑交付使用后的日常能耗,约占全社会能耗27.6%,并有上升趋势。所以说建筑属于高能耗行业。
