摘要
为解决复杂型液压集成块设计中外部布局和内部布孔集成方案的组合优化问题,深入分析了复杂型液压集成块的设计规律,提出一种混合优化算法和工程设计经验相结合的集成块优化设计方法。讨论了集成块优化设计中外部元件布局、内部孔道连通设计、安全干涉校核等关键技术问题,给出了系统解决方案,构建了复杂型液压集成块智能优化设计系统。最后通过工程实例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
To solve the combinatorial optimization problem of outer layout and inner connection integrated schemes in the design of complex hydraulic manifold block,an intelligent design method was proposed with combining hybrid intelligent algorithm and practical design experience by analyzing the design rules of complex hydraulic manifold block.The key technologies,including outer layout of valves,inner connection design of holes,channel checking etc,were discussed and resolutions to these problems were provided.A scheme of automatically design system was presented based on the method.An example was given to testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
