摘要
在介绍传统的高分子材料加工设备密炼机的常规驱动方式及特点的基础上,详细阐述了一种新型全液压驱动混炼成型装备的结构及性能特点。比较了常规机械式驱动和全液压驱动的优缺点,指出全液压驱动可为系统的运动方式提供更多的选择,提高了混炼性能,有利于高分子材料制品质量的改善。
The traditional driving method of the internal mixer and the hydraulic transmission system of a new type mixing-forming machine for polyblends were introduced.In contrast with traditional driving method,the hydraulic transmission system has many advantages.It was pointed out that the hydraulic transmission system can offer more moving fashions.In result,the mixing capabilities of the mixing-forming machine were improved which benefits the products of polyblends.
