摘要
出于安全考虑,一些特殊的客户群需要离心泵的四象限运行特性曲线,以确定多台泵联合运行时各泵可能出现的工况。传统的四象限运行特性曲线的试验通过人工完成,效率低且精度差。本文结合实际介绍了离心泵四象限运行特性曲线自动化试验系统的测试回路,并给出了测试系统的硬件方案和软件设计方法。
Some special users want the producer provide pump four quadrant characteristic curve for the sake of security,which can be used to decide individual operation condition under the circumstance of two or more pumps are used jointly.The traditional manual testing method is inefficient and the precision is very low.The automatic four quadrant characteristic test system of centrifugal pump was introduced,and the implementation method of the hardware and software of the test system were given.
