摘要
根据扭矩控制原理实现对拧紧力的控制,结合图像轮廓智能识别对螺栓中心位置进行定位,探讨了智能螺栓拧紧机自动控制系统的设计,并对控制系统从硬件和软件部分进行分析。
The design for automatic control system of the intelligent bolt was studied combined with ascertaining locality of bolt central position by image figure intelligent recognition and based on the control of the fastening force by the torque control principle.The hardware and software of intelligent bolt fastening machine was analyzed.
