摘要
以三维CAD特征造型软件为平台,采用参数化、模块化的设计思想研究开发了自动精密校直液压机系列化CAD集成系统。该系统采用高级编程语言为人机界面开发工具,以MicrosoftAccess软件为系统支撑数据库建立与三维模型的数据接口;并应用有限元分析软件对系统创建的机身进行强度分析。该集成系统能自动设计可用于生产加工的自动精密校直机成套工程图图纸。
Based on 3D CAD environment,theories of modularization and parametric 3D model were adopted to design 3D model of the automatic hydraulic precise straightening press.The human-computer interface of this system was developed by programming language and with the support of Microsoft Access database software,the interface between model and data was established.The stress of the bed was analyzed with ANSYS.This system can put out all the parts and assemble charts of the automatic hydraulic precise straightening press.
