工业生产中人机合作的关键技术

The Key Techniques of Human-robot Cooperation in Industry

现代科学技术迅速发展,机器人技术的应用几乎扩展到整个工业领域,在工业生产中发挥了巨大作用。但对于一些复杂或特殊任务,机器人还不能独立完成,而且缺少必要的柔性。为了提高整个系统的效能,需要研究如何使人与机器人相互配合,共同完成作业任务。本文对工业生产中涉及到的人机合作形式,即遥操作机器人,Cobot机器人和人机协同机械手的关键技术进行了讨论,并指出了工业上人机合作的关键问题和目前存在的困难以及今后的发展方向。

Now the science and technology develops so quickly that robotics has already expanded to the whole industry domain,and played an important role in industrial production.But to some complicated or special tasks,robot can＇t complete independently and the most important they are lack of flexibility.In order to improve the efficiency of the whole system,how to make the human and robot work together and perform task together was studied.The key technologies on human-robot cooperation in the industry,such as teleoperator,cobot,human-robot cooperation manipulator were discussed.The key problems and difficulties on human-robot cooperation in the industry,and the trend of the human-robot cooperation development were presented.
