摘要
设计了外圆纵向磨削自适应控制器,采用模糊自适应控制策略对磨削过程中的纵向进给量实时进行调整,使得粗磨阶段的磨削功率保持恒定,保证了稳定的功率响应。该控制器已经在改造后的智能磨削系统上进行了实验验证,结果表明该控制器可以对磨削条件的变化实现自适应控制,具有很好的鲁棒性和稳定性。
The design of an adaptive power controller in cylindrical traverse grinding was described,where the power consumed by the grinding process is controlled by regulation of the traverse feed rate in real time. A strategy of self-adaptive universe of discourse was introduced to the fuzzy control model,which can self-adapt and adjust the universe of discourse during the controlling and guarantee a stable power response.The controller can adapt to the changes in the relationship between the traverse feed rate and the grinding power.The controller was implemented and tested on the MMB1320 semiautomatic external grinder which had been reconstructed using industrial computer and sensors.The results show that the adaptively controlled system provides a better response than the non-adaptive control system over a wider range of cutting conditions.
