摘要
针对冲击重载条件下的齿轮传动,以结构紧凑、耗材少和动力学特性好等为目标,研究了平行轴齿轮传动系统的多目标优化设计。根据工程的实际要求,建立了可适用于n级传动的数学模型,运用多目标优化方法,通过MATLAB对模型进行了优化。实例计算验证了本方法的有效性。
To compress the structure,reduce the volume of gear and advance the dynamics capability,the multi-objective optimum design about parallel-axes gear train assembly while over loading was presented.According to the actual engineering require,the mathematical model for multilevel gear transmission was established,the multi-objective method was produced and the model was optimized with the help of MATLAB optimization toolbox.The validity of the method was established by an example.
