摘要
单螺杆压缩机是继活塞式压缩机之后的新一代压缩机。转子螺杆与星轮构成其特殊的螺旋啮合副,其啮合精度直接影响该压缩机的工作性能。本文通过分析单螺杆压缩机螺旋啮合副的啮合过程,研究了转子螺杆空间螺旋曲面的加工方法,提出了利用棒铣刀一次包络加工出螺杆螺旋槽曲面的数控加工方法。该加工方法研究的成功可以提升国内压缩机行业的制造水平及生产效率,实现批量生产。
Single screw compressor is a new compressor after piston type compressor.The special helical meshing pairs is composed of screw rotor and gate-rotor,the precision of meshing pairs directly affects the performance of single screw compressor.According to the analysis of the engagement process of meshing pairs,a new NC machining technique that spiral curved surface is machined by end milling cutter enveloping at one time was introduced.The success of this method can advance manufacture level and productive efficiency of internal compressor industry,and realize mass production.
