摘要
双曲肘合模机构是压铸机最重要的部件之一,其设计的恰当与否直接影响到整个压铸机性能的好坏。本文针对RDC500压铸机的双曲肘合模机构,运用MathCAD软件和Pro/E Mechanism进行了优化设计和运动学仿真分析,得到了较好的优化设计结果。
The design of the joint-double clamping unit,which is one of the most important parts of die-casting machine,affects the capabilities of the whole machine directly.MathCAD and Pro/E Mechanism were used on the optimization design and kinematics simulation of RDC500 die-casting machine.And good results were obtained.
