摘要
研究了数控螺旋锥齿轮机床的空间精度与工作精度的关系,使用激光多普勒位移检测仪和Sigma系统的MM齿轮检测仪进行了检测与分析,实验证明经空间误差补偿后,数控螺旋锥齿轮机床加工出来的螺旋锥齿轮齿形误差已明显减少,而齿距累积误差和齿距偏差也有一定程度的减少。
The relation of spacial accuracy and machining accuracy of computer numerically controlled (CNC) hypoid and spiral machine tool was studied. Laser doppler displacement measurement (LDDM) and MM gear testor were used to test and analyse error. Experiments testify that tooth profile error of spiral bevel and hypoid gear is reduced evidently, error of tooth spacing is also reduced in some degree.
