摘要
用卢梭的心理契约特征模型,从时间和雇佣条件两个纬度确立了四种不同类型的心理契约模式;同时介绍了心理契约违背时个人的四种不同行为反应模式。以模型为工具分析了企业员工在职业生涯管理过程中,职业生涯不同发展阶段员工的需求特点、心理契约模式的定位,从而提出了如何运用心理契约对职业生涯不同发展阶段的员工进行有效管理。
By using Rousseau' s characteristic model of psychological contract, the paper has established four different kinds of psychological contract model from two-dimensions of time and employing condition. At the same time, it has introduced four different personal behavior reaction models while psychological contract is violated. Regarding these two models as analytic tools, this paper has analyzed the demand characteristic and localization of psychological contract models of the employees at different developing stage of career. Then the paper pointed out how to use the psychological contract to manage the employees effectively at different developing stage of career.
