摘要
设计和实现了一个视频监控系统。该系统基于C/S模式,实现了基于动态检测的视频监控系统的主要功能模块和关键技术。软件的开发利用了视频采集卡SDK提供的相关函数,在Windows平台下采用Visual C++实现,人机界面友好。系统用在居民生活区物业管理场合,达到预期功能。
This paper designs and implements a video surveillance system. The system based on Client/ Server mode, the main function module and the key technique of syestem based on motion-detection are introduced. The system is realized by using the SDK（software development kit） of video-capture card and Visual C＋＋. The system is being used in residential area for surveillance,and the performance of syetem is satisfied.
