摘要
[目的]建立一种实用的工作场所空气中巴豆醛的采样、测定方法。[方法]硅胶管采样,2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)溶液在超声中洗脱,高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测。[结果]方法简便、准确、灵敏度高。标准曲线的相关系数0.9998,加标回收率98.40%~102.87%,相对标准偏差0.21%~0.26%,平均采样效率100%。[结论]本方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》的要求,能准确地测定空气中巴豆醛。
[ Objective ] To establish a useful method for sampling and determination of crotonaldehyde in the air of workplace. [ Methods ] Glass tubes filled with silica gel were used for air sampling.The crotonaldehyde were extracted from the silica gel by ultrasonic treatment with DNPH solution. Analysis of the DNPH-derivatives was carried out using a HPLC with diodenarray ( UV/DAD ) detector. [ Results ] The mehtod was simple, accurate, and highly sensitive. The correlation coefficient of calibration curves was 0.999 8.Recovery rates were between 98.40%-102.87%. The relative standard 0.21%-0.26% and average sampling efficiency 100% were obtained. [ Conclusion ] This method is in accordance with the requirements of "Standardization of Methods for Determination of Toxic Substance in Workplace" . Crotonaldehyde in air could be determined accuratly.
